1. What are cookies?

2. Cookie usage on our website
The site uses one strictly necessary cookie, and only if you change the language yourself. There is no analytics, no tracking and no advertising, and nothing else is stored on your device.

Purpose: Remembers the language you chose (Finnish or English)
Set: Only when you use the site's language switch
Lifetime: 12 months
Type: First-party, strictly necessary — it holds only a language code ("fi" or "en") and nothing identifying
Because it is necessary to deliver something you explicitly asked for, and is set only by your own choice, it does not require consent. That is why the site has no cookie banner.
If you never touch the language switch, the site stores nothing on your device at all — no cookies, no localStorage and no sessionStorage.
3. Third-party services
Your browser contacts no third party at all when you visit this site. Fonts, images and every other asset are served from our own origin, so your IP address is not passed to any outside provider.

4. Open positions
There is no job application form on this site. Our careers site is a separate service at careers.rnd.works with its own privacy and cookie policies, which govern your visit once you go there.
5. Cookie management
You can delete the NEXT_LOCALE cookie or block cookies entirely in your browser settings. The site works normally without it — the language simply returns to its default on each visit.
6. Other tracking technologies
Our website does not use the following tracking technologies:
- Google Analytics
- Facebook Pixel
- Other analytics services
- Social media tracking
- Targeted advertising
7. Technical data
The site carries no analytics. Server logs automatically record, as part of technical operation:
- IP address
- User agent (browser and operating system)
- Referring page
- Requested URL and any error messages
This is used only to keep the site running and secure. We do not track an individual visitor's path through the site or the time they spend on it.
